Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business daysafter payment is received.

During peak periods or product drops, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We use Australia Post and/or Shopify-integrated carriers to deliver your orders.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery method.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–8 business days
  • Regional/Remote Areas: 3–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, peak periods, or external factors outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post or the relevant carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
